Next rated act, Stephen Vincent Ogah, popularly known as V2DC has thrown social media into a frenzy after He took to his social media handles to celebrate a succesful career in 2017. The pint sized, dreadlocked undergraduate of the Niger Delta University who shot to limelight following the massive reception of his debut single, Rain, described the year as a sign of better years to come.

Having won several awards and nominations at different prestigious award events including Ankara Night, V2DC who shared a few pictures of himself, newspaper clippings celebrating his ascension to stardom and his NSG label outfits in a bid to promote his brand sparked a series of positive reactions from fans and followers who commended his giant strides in such short time.

When contacted by The News Nigeria to discuss his career, the label issued a statement through Its publicist, Deji Obasa, who hinted V2DC was unavailable due to the artiste's tireless efforts to make his label a respectable music brand. "V2DC is currently tied up with the responsibility of running a growing brand and it's a well known fact that festive periods and holidays are always very busy for entertainers but as soon as our schedule is light we will get back to everyone, also V2DC will be releasing a new jam titled, Jeje, which would be dropping soon"

V2DC's fast paced growth in the entertainment industry can be likened to that of Nigerian international act, Wizkid whose entry in 2010 revolutionized the African Music Industry. Managed by Saka Simpa, V2DC has often been described by industry pundits as the future of Nigerian Sounds
