The Cup holders, Chelsea, made it to the last four by beating Stoke City 2-0 at Stamford Bridge courtesy of a goal in each half from Frank Lampard and John Terry.

Aston Villa came from 2-0 down at half-time to defeat Championship side, Reading, at the Madejski Stadium. Ashley Young began the comeback before John Carew hit a second-half hat-trick.

Portsmouth were the first team into the Semis after a 2-0 victory over Birmingham City at Fratton Park on Saturday lunchtime and they now await he winners of the Tottenham v Fulham replay after the Londoners played out a 0-0 draw at Craven Cottage.

Each winning Semi-Finalist will be awarded £900,000 from The FA prize fund while each losing Semi-Finalist will collect £450,000.

Ties will take place over the weekend 10-11 April 2010
