You think someone who cannot be compelled by N15000 a month exercise will have the discipline to work out for 3 minutes let alone 30 minutes?

It doesn't work. Going to the gym and seeing others struggling makes you feel ashamed to stop. besides, it feels good after like 2 hours. Good sleep and i can eat what I want without thinking of excess calorie
