Am a barber, and ve done done it different ways.....

1. Your barber pays you weekly: in this case, u hand over the running of the shop to him. He buys fuel, clipper oils, after shaves etc and pays u an agreed fee per week.

2. You divide the money by three: for u, the barber and part of the money for the running of the shop. Most barbers found this method tough though.

3. You pay your barber monthly like any other work.

Incase I employ 4 barbers and run the shop myself maybe selling some stuff along with them in thesame shop. Stuff I have been selling before carving out the barbing section.

Then share the money into 3, give them one part, use the second part to service rent and bills and keep the third part for myself.

Won't they be loyal ?

This is a very busy area.
