my hot 8 stopped showing/preview sms and whatsapp messages briefly on the top of the screen....i only get a vibration but the messages wont be previewed.it started just yesterday and i have enable and disabled high priority notifications to see if it would work,i even uninstalled the previous one and installed a new one yet it is not working.any help would be appreciated

My infinix note 4 goes off as soon as I unplug the charger no matter the battery percentage.

Initially my phone used to go off at random times and restarts several times unless I plug it. Now it goes off as soon as I unplug the phone. I have done a factory reset but the problem persists.

I want to know if it is likely a battery or motherboard issue.
