We are looking for a technical project manager for all our software development projects. A go-getter who can manage our growing network of freelance experts who work from different parts of Africa and help us continue to deliver excellent tech projects.


The project manager will
Develop work plan for new projects.
Lead our testing and quality assurance.
Have a good eye for talents and will assign the right personnel to the right project.
Manage every aspect of our projects including project estimation, budget/ schedule/quality management, technology implementation and satisfy the client’s expectation.
Initiate, plan, execute, control, and successfully implement projects no matter the scope.
Set and track KPIs, project work plans and ensure the timely implementation.


Skills and Experience
Should have a programming background.
Experience deploying software projects for different clients.
Have familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
Have worked with or on remote teams.
Possess strong communication and people management skills.
Have excellent documentation skills. I.e KPIs, progress reports etc.
Have an eye for quality.
