1. Buy a domain from godaddy
2. Create an account and Login
3. Login to the management dashboard
4. Click on the Domain where you have the manage now botton to dropdown the Domain management menu
5. Choose the Domain you intend to manage and hit the Edit zone button
6.Create "A record using the google already owned IP address
216.239.32.21
216.239.34.21
216.239.36.21
216.239.38.21
i.e. Host: @ points to 216.239.32.21 and note to create the A record each time you want to add the record.
7. Create a CNAME record using the value bellow
CNAME (Alias) = www
Pointing to: ghs.google.com
8. Login to your blogger account > Settings > Publishing > Set up third party url for domain
9. Enter your custom domain (godaddy) and click save. then you wll be asked to claim your domain.
