According to the chairman of the conglomerate, Ifeanyi Onwubiko,Golden Tulip Royal would have all the features of the best hotels in Dubai and Hollywood. He said it would be located on a very large hectares of land and would comprise of 12 floors with 250 rooms, some of the features would include helipad, ultra-modern basement conference hall, swimming pool at the roof top, bars, restaurant, spa, casino among others.

According to Mr. Onwubiko, on completion, the hotel would be the most magnificent hotel in Nigeria. He revealed that the hotel was designed by world renowned architect, Levant Akdeniz, the same person that designed Six -Star 950 titanic hotel and resort in Turkey.

“Golden Tulip Royal was designed to meet the 20, 20 standard in hotel. It would comprise of 12 floors, two underground and 10 above the ground. For our mulit-nationals, it would be home far away from home because it would be like the hotels in Dubai, Singapore and the other advanced economies.

Nigerians deserve the best with regard to hospitality and we are bringing to them the very best. Golden Tulip Royal would compete with the hotels in every part of the world” He said.
