PROCEDURE
1) Seller sends SPA, buyer signs and return with Throughputagreement, NOR FORMAT, tank farm detail, charter receipt, super cargo/INSPECTOR details, tank farm manager’s contact
(2)Buyer/Buyer’s Bank send preadvice to Seller’s bank of their intention to issue BG covering one year transaction and to get 1%PB from them, upon positive respond from Seller’s bank of their ready willing able to issue 1%PB,Buyer/buyer’s bank issue full BG in favor of seller and Seller/Seller’s bank issue 1%PB
(3) Upon confirmation of the INSTRUMENT/Tank Farm particulars , /NOR Format Seller proceed and instruct his Vessel Captain to issue a verifiable, confirmable NOR/ETA to Buyer's Tank Farm.
(4) Tank Farm Manager acknowledges the receipt of NOR
(5) And Vessel sails to Buyer's Tank Farm and long side for Q&Q Analysis.
