Glo Adds 200 BTS & Starts Promo: Win LED TV, 4G LTE Phones, Gen Sets & Hyundai Accent Car, Just Load N100

Nigeria Telecom Giants National, Globacom, yesterday in Lagos said it has added 20 new Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) to boost end users’ experience on the network. This equipment is to minimize down time in glo transmission.

The Regional Chief Marketing Officer, Ashok Israni, who spoke during the unveiling of two customer-oriented initiatives, Everyday Bonanza and Glo Jumbo SIM (subscriber identity module), said the telco will continue to invest on network expansion across the country, adding that emphasis will be on 4G to redefine customers’ experience in data services.

Speaking on the products, he said Everyday Bonanza comes with mouth-watering prizes worth hundreds of millions in naira and different prizes including Flat Screen LED TV sets, 4G-LTE phones, generators, refrigerators, microwave ovens and 4G-LTE MiFis which will be won daily as well as a brand new car which will be won by a lucky subscriber every Sunday while the offers last.

He described Glo Jumbo SIM as the first of its kind in the country, adding that it comes with a whopping N200,000 worth of free airtime which has been pre-loaded on the SIM cards for calls, data and short message service (SMS).

Witnessed by representatives of the Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC), the Nigerian Lottery Regulation Commission (NLRC) and select reporters, he explained that 50 lucky Glo subscribers will win Tv sets every Monday (750 TV sets in total), 150 subscribers will win 4G-LTE smartphones every Tuesday (2250 in total), 100 subscribers will win generating sets every Wednesday (1,400 in total), 100 subscribers will take home refrigerators every Thursday(1,400 total), 200 winners of Microwave ovens every Friday(2,800 total), while 650 subscribers will walk home with 4G-LTE MiFis on Saturdays (9,100 total).

The week will be crowned every Sunday when a lucky subscriber will drive away a brand new Hyundai Accent, with 14 cars lined up to be won all through.

To qualify for these exciting prizes, all a subscriber needs to do is to recharge his or her phone with at least N100 worth of credit which guarantees a subscriber an entry while a recharge of N1000 by a subscriber automatically gets him 100 entries.
