We haven't gone to universities yet, we are still in high school. We have hundreds of such organisations in South Africa which facilitate this programme, where parents exchange their children with other families abroad. So why did you refuse at the first place. SA has many American and UK students.

University of Cape Town which is in the top 100 universities in the world has a lot of white foreign students, and the fees are less than $10 000 nowhere near the $100 000 you quoted.

who cares about NECO ? it is an internal and very limited use internal exam. WAEC is international and a west african exam body. you dont know nigerian education system.
