FUNAI Freshmen frown at OUTRAGEOUS FEES

Newly admitted students of Federal University Ndufu-Alike Ikwo, Ebonyi state (FUNAI) are not happy with the outrageous charges being demanded by the school's management.

Freshmen are particularly not happy with the strange N50,000 charge tagged "FUNAI PARENTS SECURITY LEVY" included in the payment schedule for 2017/2018 academic session, among other charges to be paid before registration.
Additionally, the Hostel fee was also increased from N20,000 to N30,000, plus N20,000 caution fee, totaling N50,000 for accommodation alone. All together, freshmen should expect to spend over N150,000 to get registered in a Federal University, considering the hash economic situation in the country.

Freshmen, as well as their parents and sponsors are weakened by these outrageous charges and call on appropriate authorities to intervene.
