I am proud to be married to one (though he hates that term) We are where we are today because of his workaholicness. It has it's challenges but if it produces good results and our time together is quality why not? I'll rather have a supra workaholic than a lazy good for nothing ,kpof kpof eating, beer drinking slob that I'll have to take care off. At least if I drive out now ,I know exactly where he is Better a workaholic than a skirt chaser |

Re: Would You Marry A Workaholic? by jatwill(m): 9:03pm On Mar 28, 2010 |
it is ok. but it depend on you, the kind of marriage you want. If all you want is a happy loving peaceful home and loving nice kids, meaning you both have to be contented with wht u hv, then don't marry a workaholic. But if all you want is success, big dreams, firm or have a place in the society then i think you have no option than to marry a workaholic |

Re: Would You Marry A Workaholic? by kodewrita(m): 10:36am On Mar 29, 2010 |
Its funny but really workaholics tend to advance faster in life than other people. Its a simple fact. I am trying to be one too. however, I need someone a little less workaholic to balance me otherwise both parents will burn out. However she'll motivate me to work hard in my own workplace too. So the answer would be Why not. |
Re: Would You Marry A Workaholic? by invisible2(m): 11:33am On Mar 29, 2010 |
My wife should not work, should just cook and wash and take good care of the house/kids while I sweat it out outside, providing her with all she wants to make life easy. That's how nature intended it to be and that's how we are keeping it. |

@na2day Let me educate you a little. I have no time for useless fights anyway. thats asinine and immature. This is a discussion forum. And sometimes you ask questions to elicit further replies. He could have replied by telling me why I shouldn't or why I should. Please make this a more brainy or useful discussion by making your own comments instead of looking for petty brainless fights. enough said. na2day?: @Abygul, thanks. its because there are people like you that we still bother coming back to NL. |

@idifu I think the moderation is somehow automatic as such even if the moderators dont do anything, the frequency of appearance of some words in your comments may lead to it being trashed fast. |
