Why Women Are Still Under The Servitudes Of Men by Hardeboi580(m): 2:00pm On Nov 25, 2017 |
Presently in the world today, we have a lot of Activists who are protesting against gender inequality and are clamoring for gender equality throughout the whole world. Most cultural belief is that the female gender are not as worthy as the male gender. In fact some past civilizations, for example, the Greek’s (believed to be the greatest civilization) and the Roman’s civilization believed that the women are the source of evil of in the society and they are also used for sex and pleasure. Although, this has greatly reduce in recent times but it’s still quite unfortunate that the women are still indirectly under the servitude of men in the society. Personally, I try to reflect and find out the reason why women or let me say ladies still find themselves under the servitude of men in the society and what I was able to find out is that, most women or ladies don’t have the ideology of having full control over their life. Women are too dependent on men in so many ways beyond the reasonable limits. Most women believe that any responsibility which requires any extra effort must be taken up by men only, even despite this saying, “what a man can do, a woman can do better” which is now rampant in the world of ladies. There are a lot of debates about this saying but what amuse me most is that any lady who hears this will surely agree with you but only about 5% of them will be ready to prove it for you.
