Dear Nairalanders, I am based in lagos and I read painting and general art. I have about N1,000,000 (One million naira) and I am truly confused on what to invest this money in and I need the help of nigerian to advice on possible areas to invest this funds as I do not want to spend on anything else but investments.

I am considering going into Real Estate (letting for a start) but I need something that can be giving me daily income.
Please advice with detailed explanation on how I can do this.
