Please I need your advice on the best IT institute to do my training on web design and PHP .
I'm a computer science graduate with little knowledge of the above mentioned which most jobs require someone with proficient knowledge of either ,I currently resides in Port Harcourt,though I can service and replace anything in a laptop but jobs require other ones, so guys I need your help cause I need a job.
