Travel experts, please come to the aid of a bro H.

The hope of bro H has been on his dad, who had travelled to the UK since 80s. He never saw his dad, recently when they met, hope came but there is a revelation and a problem.
The dad lamented and confessed he was almost deported years ago, and during his trials, he denied ever having relatives in Nigeria (am confused if that is possible), he said he was 'pardoned' and released from deport cell since he had no 'home' in Nigeria.
Hence, he has never been able to assist or invite any family due to his claims in cell. Now he has reunited with my bro H and saying sorry, I can't help cos he had declared no child, no family while in cell.
Is this possible? What are the chances of bro M through his dad? What way can the son - bro H use to get papers via his dad who has lived more than 30 years in the UK?
Pls help in your comments

Since Bro. H has been denied, it means he cannot be seen.

He is over 18 so his father cannot file for him even if he didn't say what he said to UKBA.

Yes , his dad might be right , it’s comfirmed that his dad doesn’t have recent permit until last year when he was released and maybe given humanitarian residence permit with his claim .
So he should forget about any Visa from his dads

However he should go there as a student and try his luck .

Thanks.
Can he claim his family/son/old friend was formed/reunited after he left Nigeria? Will this claim warrant his deport? It's actually 20years after the release now.
Thanks again

There’s no need for that because the man that disowned his family just to be able to stay in the uk cannot help your friend unless your friend is UNDER 18.

If the son changes his age just so his “dad” can help him out, or the “Dad” suddenly gets reunited with his family, the UKBA most likely will not believe the story and could deny the visas.

But he can try and come back and tell us what happened.
