ESSENTIAL DUTIES/KEY JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to the following:
• Develop and execute media sales strategies to drive revenue (revenue generation) and achieve sales targets.
• Manages the customer engagement process from sourcing to when sales are achieved
• Develop new customer relationships to boost sales pipeline.
• Contribute to new products/solutions design, development and delivery
• Define, drive and own the customer satisfaction business requirements towards improving services and its delivery.
• Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, requirements, potential and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending “go or no-go” decisions.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Achievement of the following:
• Periodic Sales Targets
• New Customer Accounts won
• Prospective Customer Pipelines
• Customer Satisfaction Feedback
• Competitor Analysis Reports
GENERIC/TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
o Excellent knowledge of the Nigerian media service industry
o Excellent and strong Media Sales experience gained from a TV or Print Organization.
o Sales targeting and result-oriented
o Accountability for profitable Sales results.
o Excellent customer-orientation approach to selling.
o Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
o Ability to plan and prioritize as required
o Strong analysis and judgment skills
o Knowledge of brand management
o Pleasant personality.




QUALIFICATIONS
Good first degree in related discipline

Professional Qualification
A good Bachelor degree in Social Sciences or Business Administration
A Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.


EXPERIENCE
• At least 3 years’ experience gained from a Media Sales and Marketing position in TV or Print Media organization.
• Preference will be given to those currently engaged in Media Sales.
• Applicants without cognate Media Sales experience should NOT apply as they will NOT be considered.

SALARY GRADE
• Top level Supervisory/Managerial
