Job Description:
• Marketing of products in designated area of operation
• Facilitate recruitment and registration of clients
• Loan disbursements that meet defined growth and quality targets
• Ensure timely collection of all disbursed loans
• Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Monitor the portfolio quality on daily basis and proactively institute remedial actions.
• Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Work with clients to identify their financial goals and to find ways of reaching those goals.
• Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks in order to locate prospects for loans.

Person Specification: We are looking for young candidates with minimum educational qualification of National Diploma. We look out for 0-2 years of relevant experience. Consideration is not closed on candidates with 0 year experience but there must be proof of smartness, brightness and willingness to learn quickly. We prefer candidates that are passionate about Marketing and ready to start

Preferred Location: Sensitive nature of these openings require candidates within specific areas. Residents of Surulere, Iyana Ipaja, Egbeda, Ikotun and environs are preferable
