Hello house,
i can't believe a 4bedroom flat in osborne estate ikoyi-lagos cost between $65,000 (#9,750,000 ) to $80,000 (#12,000,000) i wanted to rent one, but it look silly for me to pay that amount 4 rentage a year, why there is people who can't afford to pay #70,000 a year for their rentage, i better give the money to the needy than spend it on that, for i will be happy more than the latter. nigeria agents are turning into criminals i guess, even in abroad here the price of renting a house is never anywhere close to that price in osborne, the pressure is just on me, even though the cash is small to me, but 4 a ghetto child to become a rich guy, i knw wht that meant, no silly spending. so wht do u think about this house of  thing?, but i luv the envero of osborne, cos it is neat and offers me either drive by ferries or drop by helicopters  from the international airport down to the estate.
