Yes you have to the conduct the test prior to departure and on arrival in DXB and it must be PCR test....The vaccination doesn't make you immune to covid19.

If you still have time ( I.e if your visa is not near expiration) to do the compulsory two weeks quarantine yes you can stamp at the border if not,dont stamp.

Yes you’ll be having another test on arrival and there’s no quarantine period if test is negative.

The route is very okay to use....Do not allow people spoil your mind and put you in a panic mood....Just make sure you the entry stamp into Cotonou and it must be up to 14 days then u can exit Cotonou on the 15th day .... Anything shorter than that ,you will be turned back at the Cotonou airport....
