There must some Nigerians in Qatar that does money transfer business, he will give them qatari riyal and they will credit his naira account, tell him to ask around. Regarding the rate, it's almost same as dirhams which is 159 to 160 as at today.

If I may ask... was it a government company that hired him? Because I knew someone who got job in the hospitality industry in Qatar and the company couldn't process his visa.

Please from your post I understand that Dubai is currently not issuing out work permit or renewing an existing one. So I want to ask if they issue out residence permit to prolong your stay to like 1 year if you came in with 3 months visiting visa?

Am not coming to Dubai to work, it's very difficult to get German visa from Nigeria so I want to come over to Dubai stay for 6 months then apply for German visa in German embassy that is in Dubai.

Please your response and advice is highly appreciated
