I just do not like the idea of blanket criticism. If the church does not assist, some will criticize now, there is a form of reprieve, yet unnecessary castigation. Government that has promised that we will bbe self sufficient in food production before 2020, who have they given scholarships or such waivers to, both in their regular universities or even universities of agriculture?

The last time I checked being an uncle is not by age. It is by relation attributes. Younger one can be my uncle because probably his granny still give birth after his mum might hv born him.
Also a younger one can marry my sister and that makes him a younger uncle
