180k a year is not the same as over 300k. Let's be clear.

Secondly I spent exactly 180k to get the room simply because of the high agency, commission and other charges as obtained in the market in Lagos (which isn't my fault).

The apartment is close to a school ( Laspotec) another reason for the high cost. The demand is very high.


I also spent additional funds to put the room in better shape ( rug, mattress and painting already in place). I also plan to install a fan.

Caution fee is refundable.

Don't paint it as if I'm making extraordinary profit from this transaction.

I'm actually not making any profits as it stands.

I'm not responsible for the exorbitant rates in the market. Get this clear.

I should be commended for accepting monthly payment without any mark up.
