Okorocha has lost the leadership of APC in the State, He is also secretly trying to bring SDP to the state to achieve his ambition of installing his son in-law hence he knows that he has lost ground under APC platform. This is a repeat of what happened when Ararume wanted to be Governor of Imo State and since the king makers in Imo did not want him, they then opted for Ohakim who was then a candidates of PPA that has no much ground in Imo State. It would happen the same way this time, Imo people would prefer to vote somebody from another party instead of them to have Rochas Okorocha installed his stud in the State.

Look at him running up and down trying to influence NWC so that they will remove uwajimogu from the committee and put his own candidate and he will influence the congress list, unfortunately it isn't going to work. An arrogant man who feels he is too important to attend south east governors forum meeting, even in the national level he is not in good terms with them. No right politician will support you to hand over to your son in law , that is tantamount to third tenure, rigging of primaries can't be possible this time, highest he may flaunt him in another party and fight hard to rig, because left for him he can't decamp cos he will loose his position as chairman APC governors.
