Please, even the brother of an armed robber is deemed innocent until proven to have aided or abetted the robbery effort. I think we might be over-flogging the Saraki issue. Attending the wedding of SP's daughter is immaterial. Did he order the robbery, participate or was he the supplier of the weapons used? These are grounds to rope in Saraki. Nobody is above the law. Nothing incriminating has been confessed so far. The torture can continue so the suspects say something tangible. Nigeria tires me!

If you observed very well, the switch from the demand for him to come to the station to submitting a written explanation happened after the closed door meeting between the IGP and VP.

Personally, I don’t think Saraki is involved directly with the Robbery, he can steal more money through a mere struck of the pen. But these are his thugs that do his dirty biddings in Kwara State and he is their financial.

Any good prosecutor can obtain a conviction if they charged him as an accessory. It can be argued that, he was an enabler through his financial contributions to this gangs.

The lawyer can even allude to an elaborate, long-term plan to frame his client, hence the existence of such a photograph may have been premeditated.
