please review my blog with emphasis on ad placement and loading time. be very honest, pls.

Load time isn't bad. . . could be faster.

Ad layout is typical, so there's not much to review there.

Everything is everywhere.
Do a clean blog, trash all these widgets (or whatever blogging term they are called) flying here and there. I dunno if its my widescreen that's making me think all i'm seeing is 4 sidebars with no real content area.

well kip it up dear, really aint easy having a blog you know, but like dual suggests widgets dont give blogs funky looks, it occupies space where real contents are meant to be!

@Dual: sorry to bother u. I knw u r very busy, but do spare a minute or two. cud u suggest what else to do with d widgets other than trash them cos they serve a function I very well need?
Is the big problem the content space cos I intentionally narrowed the space seeing I haven't written much?
Could you suggest more specific ways of making a clean blog?

Never too busy to answer questions that are within my know-how.

I don't really know much about blogging, but i think its possible to align things well there. Have one left side bar and one right sidebar, both of equal width. Then have the content area in the center with a wider width. Then, the ads, place them at good places that wont scatter the flow of your content. Hope this helps, if it doesn't I'll have to look at the site again and remix my suggestion.
