I changed mine every month. I use 12 brushes in 6 months .Though I live in Europe where one could afford to do that, because a pack of new brush is not up to 1000 Naira.I even have another one for night, I use to brush my mouth twice a day.That also will be possible for us ; soonest we had arrived our new nations(Yoruba & Biafra)!.

oral B are too soft. They don't wash my teeth well. I visited the dentist for scaling n polishing ... goodness me, I didn't believe my mouth shocked I use those 3 in one now and sensodyne tooth paste

Sensodyne is great for sensitive, aching teeth as well. As for me the dentist recommended softer toothbrushes and light but thorough brushing after I did my fillings - so tough bristles won't do for me. But I guess there's no right science - every person has their own preference.
