whenever you eat oily substances what happens is that after the fat gets metabolized by the bile from your bile duct, it is absorbed into the blood stream. now when this happens the organs have to be ready to recieve it including the heart but in your case i suspect that you might have borderline bundle branch block or borderline AV block or borderline coronary artery disease all caused by partial occlusion of one of your coronary arteries, because when the fat gets to your heart, it causes your heart to beat faster which tells me that your heart is working extra harder to get the oxygen it requires. this fat causes tachycardia in your heart. my advice ? stay away from fatty food. eat lots of green vegetables, raw garlic, fruits, drink lots of water. and most importantly if you have the means to go to any clinic that has an ekg machine, ask to get an ekg test done. its a simple test. it is non-invasive. and it is cheap. STAY AWAY FROM FATTY FOODS. this is very impt.

this could also be a natural phenom. when you eat alot of the blood in your body goes into your digestive region so that the heart has to overcompensate for the reduction in blood by beating faster and harder. so it could be natural too. this is a chronotropic and inotropic response to hypovolemia

O boy but finally with all these elaborate explanation and diagnosis, why will I want any diagnosis anyway, they are enough to quicken your death. I would rather carry on not knowing their damage than die from knowing their damage.

yes sir, herpes is incurable. it lies dormant in your body but flares up from time to time if you get stressed. there are two type. herpes simplex virus 1 and herpes simplex virus 2. the second one is sexually transmitted. once you get the second one, opari be dat oooo. you have it forever. which is why even though sex is sweet   it is a dangerous activity. abstinence or protection, whichever one suits you is the key

well here are a few things you can do
1, drink 8 glasses of water daily. it aids peristalsis
2, move around. sedentary lifestyle works against digestion
3, most people with constipation have macro-mineral deficiencies so get raw spinach. wash it in lime water to kill all the pathogenic organisms on it and then eat it raw. then watch your bowel cleans itself out. or eat just a little bit of cheese. the minerals in cheese are bio-available as they have been broken down by lactobacillus-acidophillus and lactobacillus-bulgaricus
4, you might have essential fatty acid deficiency, try drinking 2 teaspoon full of olive oil with each meal

well if he goes up the stairs he is undertaking a strenuous activity so it is natural for the heart rate to increase after such activity.
now if this occurs just randomly without any exercise, then it could be a number of things. i will list a few
1, electrolyte imbalance
2, borderline coronary artery disease
3, paroxysmal atrial tachycardia
4, supraventricular tachycardia
5, sinus tachycardia
6, junctional tachycardia
7, hyperthyroidism


with tachycardias the only sure way to be certain of what it is is to go to a clinic and request for a holter monitor. this records the heart rhythm for 24 hours and then the result is analyzed and then treatment, if needed, can be administered.

Like i said in previous answer, it can occur naturally in some people in which case their is no problem and it can occur because your coronary arteries are partially occluded and you are adding more fat to the equation hence making your heart work faster and harder for oxygen (kinda like gasping for oxygen)

it can also occur if you have anemia which in turn causes hypovolemia. so the tachycardia is a chronotropic and inotropic response to your hypovolemia. meaning the heart has to beat faster and harder to maintain oxygenation

well having sex everyday is not a bad thing if you are getting enough minerals, vitamins, essential fatty acids, and proteins daily. if you are not getting enough of these then you start creating deficiencies in your body seeing as the sperm is very rich in zinc and lecithin. so if you have a poor diet, then its not good for you

try to avoid red meat my brother. eat lots of fish. they are rich in omega 3 fatty acids which will keep the heart working in top notch condition and is very good against hypertension. especially sardines and mackerel and salmon

My left side of chest is quickly infected either with cold, dust or any allergies. Anytime visit hospital a strong antibiotic would be given with predisolone and ventolin but instead of providing relief it worsen it. What do you think i can do because im really tired of these drugs. Same thing happened yesterday, after taking those drugs i started feel uncomfortable with my stomach untile i vomitted.
