My take is that there should be one International observer in each ward to record his or her own result. The result should be handed to the leader of the international observer who would be with INEC during coallation because that is where the results are manupulated. The people must be able to follow the election from polls to collation.

So that each politician can buy 1m lines and vote abi? Just hire boys to do the job.

Like all the telcos will only allow fully registed lines with date of birth and pictures for voting

INEC would publish ussd code numbers for each candidate and once you vote your line can't allow you to bite once
It's tricky but actually very doable for countries that want to think outside the box

We could also use BVN numbers via SMS to check manipulation

1) How do you stop foreigners from voting?
2) How would stop under aged kids?
3) How would you stop multiple votes from people with multiple phones?
4) How would stop people in Lagos voting for a senator in Enugu state?
