Nigeria's power problem is simple first- 1. Privatise the whole company and any other small company 2. Make the people in charge foreigners-They will generate the power and sell it to PHCN 3. so PHCN's job is to distribute (note if this steps are taken power won't be like in the states but we'll be wonderful, I know so because that's how electricity is generated here in New Guinea |
