erm you are right it dosnt matter who started or who ended BUT, this project was started and finished by GEJ back in 2014, started 2011,finished 2014.So PMB has no hand in it,and I have not seen where PMB said he built it,.
During one of PMB campaign, he was seen riding on one of these trains,there is a youtube clip if you want to be sure.

Okay, you need some lectures.
Firstly, you start off with a plan, remember a poor plan can screw up the rest of the work.
The begining can be the most important part, If the end justify the means, so the end is the most very important part.
I appreciate the previous goverments for the ground breaking, I truly do. The path to which you leave from the begining and reach the end, is that not important ? So the work as a whole is the most important for NONE part of the work CAN exist without the other or it becomes unfinished.
Lets appreciate the current goverment for seeing it through to the end .

Even till today, the line is in operation the construction is not complete yet. Part of it is the fence that is not yet completed. You may think fence? Lack of fence made the train travel at a reduced speed so that accident caused by cattle or other animal will be reduced

The project was never completed by Jonathan it was nearly 80% complete as at then. Buhari completed the projects.

Provide the clip! He was riding a bus in the airport. Kai! Please stop spreading information you are not sure of or you many be labeled as liar. Okay, why was the train not in operation if it was completed in 2014? Why was PDP not listing it COMPLETION as part of their achievements for the 2015 election?

What is progress when you fail to acknowledge who did a project and you don't even have anyone to show of your own!!!

How did they keep track? No e-receipts，No system to capture reliable data. I would have loved to see demographics, no. of men and women, stats by states e. t. c. What you see is someone tearing tickets at the entrance! It's so sad.

SAI BABA For the completion of ongoing Critical projects that are beneficial to Nigerian without attaching selfishness to it unlike other leaders that will abandon theses projects and start another one of there own to avoid praises to there predecessors. And Buhari was fast about it. Why almost 5yrs? Why? Thank To PMP his own project are going faster than any other leader Nigeria have ever had. Look at Wike and PH light rail abandoned for selfish politics.
