MASSIVE DEMOLITION TO MAKE WAY FOR DEVELOPMENT

This is a clear case of inability to make an omelette without breaking eggs. For the people of Etinan, Nsit Ibom, Nsit Ubium and Eket Local Government Areas to have a modern road that will open up the area for economic boom, some structures must be pulled down, as you can see.

However, the good news here is that Akwa Ibom State government has adequately paid compensation to owners unlike other States where people's property are tempered without compensation.

In the words of the State Commissioner for Works; Mr Ephraim Inyang-Eyen, "Governor Udom Emmanuel is desirous of turning every rural area into a modern city", and the construction giants; CCECC will live up to expectation.
