Responsible for the development, communication, and implementation of all aspects of deposit operations related programs and procedures.
Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Responsible for recommending, planning, implementation and control of activities designed to achieve long-range objectives, including product development, regulatory compliance, and training of deposit operations staff.
Provides operational, administrative, and limited technical support to regional retail leaders and retail branch employees.
Responsible for the maintenance of financial records and the review of financial and regulatory reports.
Responsible for system administration for the bank’s core processing software and deposit platform software.
Responsible for project planning, coordination, and implementation of database conversions.
Represents the Bank in a positive light in all professional duties. Including participating in civic, community, and networking events to cultivate productive relationships for the Bank.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as defined by Management.

Necessary Skills and Attributes
• HND or University degree preferred, or -5 years related banking or micro finance bank experience
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Numeric aptitude, analytical skills, detail orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sound judgment and solid problem solving, decision making and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and ensure accurate and timely completion of all tasks
• If Managed a branch or operations before is a plus.
Note: Candidate with professional Certification like ACA, ACIB, FCIB, ICAN is a plus.
