HERO Covenant University has always been a hero and will always be a hero. I left d school after I spent a year there. If u know University of Toronto in Canada, u'll know it's d best school in Canada and guess what, they accepted me as a transfer student. This means I didn't have 2 start again. The courses I took in Covenant were accredited by University of Toronto. The fees might be high but they r justifiable. The school spends 14 million naira on just diesel every month. Tell me if that's child's play. There is always light 24/7 in school, the environment is conducive 4 learning, security is tight and all that. I think with all these and many more, the fees r justifiable. Besided, some students there sponsor themselves. Some r even sponsored by d Bishop himself. Covenant University has always been a hero and will continue 2 be. It is not beans 2 run a school like dat. 1 Like |

@jolasax Explain what you mean when you say covenant courses are accredited by University of Toronto? Do you mean that they accepted the courses because of NUC or thru some other means? |

I'm surprise to see people complain abt the fees of CU being just 250k, for me that's cheap cos we've secondary schools in PH who charges 300k per term and for three terms u get to pay 900k. and parents are queueing up to send their kids to that school. Quality education is not for the poor, so the masses should quit complaining |

just visited the website but could not see any info on scholarships for students such as criteria & amounts under different schemes such as in the links below: http://www.howard.edu/financialaid/grants_scholarships.htm#Freshman http://www.morgan.edu/admin/Financial_Aid/scholarship.asp i only saw some reference on the endowment page, soliciting for 165m to provide scholarship but nothing on how to obtain it. would you know anything on this, including statistics of how many they have given each year since inception? |

hi, is it true that covenant has 24hrs power supply and constant water supply? when will she start medicine/ |
Re: Covenant University by icezik1(m): 10:09am On Apr 25, 2008 |
Yes, Covenant University has constant water supply. As for the light, there is always light at night however, during the day time if PHCN turns off the electricity then they rarely turn on the Gen in the Hostels. The Colleges, Cafeterias, Library and Chapel have 24 hours light. No medical school in the foreseeable future. |
