Same here as well, I went through all the banks in Marina, Lagos Island, nothing like Unilorin. I am even confused as they wont take me as a spy in the banking hall 'cos I checked all the banks but no no success.

Has anyone gotten one please tell us which way to go, We have only 19 days left.

@blacksnip,av only done the phase 1 the phase 2 is difficult with that scratch card pin,mehn i m tired of whole thing.

Pls how did you go about it? Pls kindly explain how you did ur own. Which one is phase 1 and 2? Thanks

Guy phase1 mean login ur jamb reg no and surname and fill ur necessary detail,phase is teller no and confirmation no. Bt that i m still on it,i cant actually get the validation pin they are asking for in all the so-called bank,
i just got an info just nw that the scratch card is in one of the banks at marina,lagos although i m nt in lagos rite nw bt one of ur friend just called me right nw.chaio

if u want 2 get d virtual card go to first bank head office at marina. av gotten my own n am about to log in

those that choose unilorin as their second choice can they also buy the scratch card for reference  purpose.

Just walk into First Bank Headquarters at Marina Note; Not all First Bank branches have access to this portal only the Headquarters can do so, and pay 1,250 only. I did mine just now.
