Osinbajo is the first vice president in the history of Nigeria to exercise full presidential powers when the substantive president is outside the country. OBJ was perpetually outside of Nigeria during his first term but never for once handed over to Atiku. Even Yaradua who was rushed to Germany at the point of death never handed over power to Jonathan. When the supplementary budget of year 2009 was passed by the national assembly, it was parcelled to his sick bed for signature as Jonathan was not considered good enough to sign it.

Reverse is the case however under a president they want us to believe is a tyrant. It was the same osinbajo that signed the 2017 appropriation bill into law. Last year, he signed about 5 bills into law and he has just signed another three. This is how to know a truly democratic leader. Not one phantom hero who never allowed his vice to flourish.

Your post about Obj not transmitting power is not correct. We don't have to demonize obj to make Buhari look good.

Can you provide credible evidence that OBJ ever transfered power to Atiku at anytime during his presidency?

The power and authority entrusted on Vice president Osinbajo by his boss is a sign of Trust, cordiality and cooperation between the duo. That's the way it should be in the right world.

A lot of you need to get out of military mentality

If Osibanjo wants to unseat Buhari how exactly will he go about it in a democratic system?

A lot of you don’t realise it but it’s all different in a democracy. Which is why the experiment on Saraki and NASs is joke

It's called Federal capital civil service commission Act but trust me, na Hausa Fulani dem go carry full the place. Even the Gwari's will be on the margins. If you doubt me ask yourself why it's called Federal Capital territory yet it's always Northerners who become FCT ministers since the advent of democracy.

Jonathan as president was an ineffectual buffoon. Despite his buffoonery, he never made the mistake of allowing his vice to act or even flourish. Today, most Nigerians can't even remember the name of Jonathan's vice president. Says a lot about his democratic and leadership qualities.

Was Jonathan always going to London for several months each time to recharge his batteries before they go flat completely and pack up?
Please can you answer that question first

It is because, everything has is time. It wasn't yet time for it then. The time for it came when Baba (our daddy) traveled to London.

GEJ didn't go because he doesn't deserves it.

He and PDP put us in the mess we find ourselves today.

Baba deserves to go to any where in the world for treatment and relaxation. He brought us out of recession your GEJ puts us.

God bless PMB.
God bless Osibanjo
God bless Nigerians
God bless Nigeria.
Definitely Baba is giving him this freedom to shine as a way of rewarding him as well as projecting him as a potential future president. I like their maturity. someday in the future, osibanjo will be president. that is Tinubu's plan after he sacrificed his interest to let Buhari run for the sit in 2015.

B4 d president travelled d senate had gone on recess which means d bills were ready long b4 d president travelled. They were just gathering dust on his desk.

Y did buhari go 2 London? I thought he said he will stop medical tourism? I thought he said we should patronise made in Nigeria goods/services to save forex? Are Nigerian health institutions not good enough 4 him?

Buhari isn't d father of all Nigerians. He is d president of Nigeria. He is occupying an office and d office is an institution which Nigerians gave buhari d privilege 2 occupy. He isn't doing Nigerians a favour by being president. Nigerians did him a favour by allowing him become president

We keep creating new agencies that week end up doing nothing. Just paying salaries and adding no value to the country.

Our politicians are unable to take tough decisions. If I'm president, civil service will have to reduce manpower by at least 30 to 50%. We have people doing nothing.

Also promotion based on time spent will stop (or being DUE) It will be based on evidence of delivering on clear deliverables in a efficient and value adding way.
