You have always displayed your dislike for President GEJ. But during his time you exchange dollar for less than N200 (now N360), and the govt was sensitive and humane. Then, You were buying petrol at less than N100. Your Mr integrity who referred to subsidy as fraud is still paying subsidy despite increasing the petrol pump price to N145/l.
Nigeria has never been this much jaga-jaga. Subhahanalillah.

Yaradua my best president. I wished that man had lived and ruled for 8 years, this country would have been great.
Goodluck is a good man, but being good doesn't make you a good president. Our country needs a smart person for a president, and Jonathan was not that, and Buhari is much more worse than that.
Obasanjo was rather cunning than smart, and we don't need that too.

obviously written by a lazy youth with no sense of history

Johnson Aguiyi-Ironsi weve not recovered from the coup that brought him to power, started the chain of military coups. .....negative for Nigeria

Gowon; civil war, kept the country together (like it or not) still the best leader weve had by far. ......positive

Obasanjo: Both times he was head of state he failed to position the country on a path for greatness by imposing stooges and weak leaders to succeed him and this we missed the opportunity. Any leadership he helped impose had led to more problems. ......2 x negative

IBB: killed the pysche and moral fabric of the country. Today's lazy youth and fantastic corruption are a result of IBB's leadership, anulled 1992 elections and led to Abacha which in turn led to the crooks we find in power today. ....negative

Did you actually understand the caption of this thread? He made top four choices. Why are you bringing IBB? IBB is dictator.

I will give it to Yar'dua he was exemplary. He put the people first. He reduced the fuel price to #65/litre among others. The best PDP provided for their 16years ruling.

Buhari: crime fighter and nation builder. Though things hasn't be rossy as expected but still promising than ever.

Obasanjo: always want to b in corridor of power. He used it to amass wealth. The nation Nigeria has always be a slave to this man. From Operation Feed d Nation a federal project during his military rule to Obasanjo farms Nigeria. Could hardly believe it when we were told that federal government was still paying the staffs salaries across the nation till some months ago when Buhari stopped them.

Jonathan : Though he gave up power without shedding blood but worst that happened to Nigeria in this democratic dispensation. He was too soft and subtle. Looting became the order of the day.

NB:This noble country is now being divided by ;religion, ethnicity, tribe and political parties. May d good Lord save this nation.

Sergentinfluenc:
Controversy, hate, fun and happiness is the simplest watchword to describe Nigeria. Everyone is suffering and smiling, but during the course of time, few people made a great impacts in the progress and downfall of Nigeria.

Let’s take you for a ride, into our mind blowing, heart flowing and greatest discoveries ever.

1. Yar Adua

The name Yar Adua rings a bell every time, because his contributions to the growth and development of Nigeria was cut short too quickly by "DEATH" .

Yar’adua who took over from, former President Olusegun Obasanjo on May 29, 2007 died before the completion of his four years office tenure. The news was a brute shock to nation at large. His notable achievements are:

The Niger-Delta Amnesty Programme which revived hundreds of youths in Nigeria. Those that took arms against the state were disarmed peacefully.

2. Goodluck Jonathan

The most hated Nigerian president.

"No Nigerian Blood Is Worth His Political Ambitions"

Goodluck Jonathan was simply the best president after the late Yar Adua. He was the vice president to the late Yar Adua administration. One of his notable achievement was:

He conceded defeats in the lights of ensuring the safety and progress of every Nigerian, void of ethnic, religious and propaganda conflict. His loud actions quickly gained him recognition globally.

3. Olusegun Obasanjo

Olusegun Obasanjo became a notable enigma to be reckoned with, when he successfully became the president of Nigeria straight out of prison, and was able to retain his position longer than any other presidents thereafter.

His tenure brought about progress and leveled changes to the continuity of the country directly and indirectly.

Obasanjo established the EFCC and ICPC and also strengthened the Code of Conduct Bureau to fight corruption in Nigeria. This was the dawn of peace and the rebirth of criminals negotiating with the force.

Nigeria was crippled with debts, but his adminstration secured $18 billion debt relief from the Paris and London clubs and got Nigeria free of debt.

[s]4. Mohammed Buhari

Crime busting, crime fighting is what his administration is known for. But aside this attributes, let's show you other achievements :

- tax revenue increased to N1.17 trillion in the first quarter 2018, a 51 per cent increase on the first quarter 2017 figure.

-revenue tripled from N700 million in 2015 to N2 billion in 2016, and again rose to N3.5 billion in 2017.[/s]

The honest truth is that we've still not had a president in this country. All we've had since independence has been charlatans. Obasanjo was the closest thing to being a president. Yar'adua could have been a great one though

I don't think increasing taxation on people during a recession is an achievement. angry
Every month end the alert i get is tax-tax-tax, on my bank account. To me that is not an achievement for a Government that can't provide employment to tax from.
