A message was sent this morning by an observer in osun state who sent it to someone online about the gimmick APC members are planing do, to lure 30 people each for each wards to fingerprints before the September 22 election, and after that, they will give them a sum of money... Is it a government of taking it by force in Osun we want to see or what? This not fair enough...
