With time u will get heal. When I was in 200L I have a gf in 100L we dated throughout my undergraduate days even after my graduation we still continue our relationship. I went to service I was so faithful to her becux I believed in her and want to marry her. Despite that my parent kicked against me marry another tribe I insisted and made them believed my reasons. I called often like four to thrice daily even when I was in service my parent called her often too but one day just two before rounding off my service year she called me on Skype I saw her crying profusely i asked her what happened she now told me her parent was against our marriage base on tribal difference ground I try and calm her down so I told her to try and explain things to them and if they truly love her they won't hurt her feeling not knowing to me that she has made up her mind to go back to her ex bf just within an interval of one year when I even came to check her at home despite the far northeast state i was posted to with frequent call. She broke up with me , when she left me for her ex I was depressed for two weeks after then started see other girls that I don't even find attractive b4 we one of them became my very close friend so she help me get over her within two week. She even more beautiful and mature than her I became happy again. Just two month ago she started calling asking if I have gotten another gf I said yes even immediately she left she started crying and I asked why d cry she said her ex told her she is too cheap for her liking and he broke up with her now she is sorry she missed me, my call and bla bla bla. I diplomatically turn down her request and she felt even more hurt later I called her back and encouraged her but we can't date again cux I can't love her again never I can't even have her for a night stand . up till now she still call often sometime at odd hours when am even with my heart rub . so bros shake it off look for someone more beautiful and talented than her and give your heart a chance to love again. It has been hell for me for the past like a week ago... My girl friend broke my @ in a smart way... Me and her have been together for close to 2 years...I tried as much as possible to take care of her because of the love I have for her... Now she has declared to me that we are no more together... She has gone to her ex and I learnt this her ex is married already... A lot of my friends have called her to persuade her but all to no avail. Even my mother called her but she declared she has made up her mind already... I am finding it difficult to erase her from my memory... Each time I remember the games she played with me, I am always sad. She was collecting money from me up to the point when I catch her red-handed... She was still acting like my original gf but it was when I catch her red-handed that she declared that she is no more interested in me, that I should take heart. Each and every day, the past memory of me and her do appear in my thinking. It is really disturbing. It hurts alot. I hardly sleep these days. The funniest thing is that, she said she dont wish to see me again since we are no more together. I went to her house, she did not open door for me, probably she is thinking i came to harm her. My only sin is loving and trusting her. Since we started dating i never thought it once to have alternative girlfriend because of the love i have for her.

Pls I wish to forget her and move on... Pls what are the practical ways to delete her from my memory ?

My heart is made of vibranium which makes it unbreakable. But a near experience which is not actually a heartbreak was when I was in SS3. Was crushing on a classmate, we were very good friends but I never knew one of my close mates already wooed her and started dating. towards our last days in skl we planned a sent forth party which was memorable. after the party that was in d night I saw this girl and my classmate in a romantic position (plus this guy was shy and gentle like myself, d way he did it I can't fathom till now) it made me restless and sober that I was slow to take steps. that night of merriment changed to a downcast one. I just left where I was and went to my hostel to sleep. Later on around 2015 I got her contact on bbm and one talk led to another and she told me she had a crush on me while in skl and I was like damn I missed big time. well all is good sha. I dnt think it's a heartbreak though or was it?
