Abdusalami Peace Committee In Closed-Door Meeting With INEC Chairman by Success100: 12:00pm On Sep 25, 2018
Former Head of State, Abdulsalam Abubakar and Catholic Bishop of Sokoto Diocese, Matthew Kukah, are currently meeting with Professor Mahmood Yakubu, Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), ahead of the rerun election in Osun State scheduled for Thursday.

The meeting is holding behind closed doors at Enugu Hall, Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Abuja.

Details of the meeting are still sketchy as at the time of this report.

On Sunday, INEC had declared the election inconclusive.

In recent years, Abdulsalam has earned a reputation for stepping in when results of elections tend to portend negative consequences for peace and stability in the country. In 2015, the Peace Committee he headed prevailed on former President Goodluck Jonathan to concede defeat in the presidential election before the official announcement of the result by INEC.

Details shortly...

Because it doesn't favour the jobless lazy aggressive idiotic pigs of Biafra terrorist party (PDP) you will even deny God if he should allow APC members entry to heaven.
If it favors your cause you'll rather keep silent, but otherwise, you'll wail...

According to Jenyo, details obtained from Form EC 8C showed that in Olorunda local government, the total votes polled by the APC was 14, 867, while INEC recorded 16,254 votes for the ruling party, indicating that 1,387 additional votes we’re allotted to the APC.

He further alleged that similar scenario played out in Osogbo local government, where the actual votes polled by the APC stood at 21, 479, adding that on contrary INEC recorded 23, 379 votes for the party.

Jenyo, however added that INEC recorded 14, 499 for the PDP instead of 14, 599, just as he said the total votes of the PDP was reduced by 1,000 in Ayedaade local government.

APC must be pressured to conduct free and fair elections. They must not be allowed to impose Buhari on Nigeria.

Of course sane minds want APC defeated and Buhari booted out for crass incompetence and gross nepotism.
What APC ar se lickers and insane government of the day apologists dont realise, which the abdulsalam committee is envisaging,is that any result in the rerun that turns out to be an APC victory would set in motion events that may set this nation ablaze.
Having said that, the committee cannot at this point interfere in this election. It should allow the process of PDP going to court or the rerun conducted,to run its course.

Just be deceiving yourself, even SDP won d acclaimed stronghold of APC unit which is alekuwodo with wide margin while APC just led PDP with just two votes and let me remind you that most of the electorates who voted for SDP are civil servants or workers. This time around workers in alekuwodo will rather vote for PDP than voting for your demonic APC party
