Hiya,i had the interveiw sometime last year and passed though i dont work there. It consists of two stages: the first is a group discussion among about 5 of the interviewees while the panel watches,guez they are looking out for team spirit.For the second stage, u'r on ur own and at their mercy, so u'v got to be CONFIDENT.
