The delegates are at leasr 4000 or so. You think $10k per delegate is too much or unbelievable? The delegates were bold to say they have received their first money from saraki which is $1000 per delegate and they said they are expecting more.

This is now open bribery and not a secret anymore. Fraud is institutionalized in PDP. That's a fact

Bribing of Delegates is no longer news in Nigeria political scenes. Politicians that reserves money for buying votes during the main elections. Will bribing Delegates in their few numbers now be a difficult task? We sha heard of flow of dollars in Lagos in 2014 when APC were holding a true primaries.
