Senator Ademola Adeleke, the defeated governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in Osun will be docked at a Federal High Court Abuja on 31 October for alleged examination malpractice.

He will face, along with four others, a four-count charge for personation and registering as students of Ojo-Aro Community Grammar School, Ojo-Aro Osun State to enable him sit for the National Examination Council (NECO) examination of June/July 2017.
