@POLITICSNGR Kaduna state governor, Nasir El-rufai has declared a 24-hour curfew in Kaduna and its environs as the violence originating from Kasuwan Magani has spread all over the state. The spokesman for Kaduna State governor, Samuel Aruwan, issued a statement on Sunday that the curfew is with immediate effect. “A 24 hour curfew has been imposed on Kaduna town and environs. It is with immediate effect,” he said. Tension broke out in some parts of the state on Sunday afternoon as residents scampered for safety. The Kaduna State Police Command, on Friday, said 55 people were killed in Thursday’s communal crisis at Kasuwan Magani in Kajuru Local Government Area of the state.
