The Australian Technology Network (ATN) is pleased to announce a minimum of 10 scholarships for eligible applicants to undertake PhD research at one of the five ATN universities in Australia. These scholarships are available for the citizens of Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Paraguay or Uruguay.

The purpose of this scholarship is to attract top students who demonstrate the potential to make exceptionally strong contributions to the student body, both in the classroom and in the extracurricular life of the campus.

Scholarship Description:

2. Meet Unisia’s standard PhD entry and admission requirements.
3. Applicants with the first degree from a recognized university and academically talented, disadvantaged based on the criteria of disability, socioeconomic status, and are not engaged at work at all or have been engaged at work but couldn’t able to cover their study expenses will be eligible for the scholarship.
4. Have financial difficulty to finance graduate university education and.
5. Have leadership/community giveback experience or potential.

Leverhulme Doctoral Scholarship Programme for UK/EU Students at the University of Sussex in the UK, 2019

The University of Sussex is delighted to offer Leverhulme Doctoral Scholarship Programme entitled ‘From Sensation and Perception to Awareness’, co-directed by Professor Jamie Ward and Professor Anil Seth. Scholarships are available for UK and EU students.

The University of Sussex is a leading research-intensive university near Brighton. We have both an international and local outlook, with staff and students from more than 100 countries and frequent engagement in community activities and services.

Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.

Scholarship Award: As part of this programme, Sussex will be providing fully-funded studentships for three cohorts of seven students. The first of these cohorts will be started at Sussex in September 2018. On completion of their PhD, our the programme alumni will be eligible to apply for one of several 12-month postdoctoral research fellowships at Sussex, available only to completing Leverhulme DSP scholars.

Entrance Requirements: Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Applicants should be UK or EU citizens and should have/expect to have at least a 2:1 undergraduate honours degree. A master’s degree in a relevant discipline is strongly desirable.

Applicants must have a willingness to participate in interdisciplinary training and seminars relating to ‘sensation, perception, and awareness’.

English Language Requirements: Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.

The Management Centre of the Mediterranean Scholarship for Master’s Degree in North Cyprus, 2018

The University of the West of Scotland masters programmes is delivered in North Cyprus by the Management Centre of the Mediterranean. Students who successfully complete their studies in Cyprus receive a standard UWS degree granted at a formal graduation ceremony in Scotland. Applicants for Applied Social Science and Policy Analysis and Global Governance programmes should hold a degree in any social science or related field (e.g. Communications, Public Relations, International Relations, Political Science, Business Studies, Medicine, Health, Law, Social Work). Interviews will be required for other types of degrees which are not mentioned above (face to face or skype) with a condition of experience relevant to programme specialisms (accredited or recognised prior experiential learning related to civil society, public affairs, criminal justice, applied psychology, social work or social policy).
