Am i mistaken or what? Am i not seeing some guys who said they were in support of our president banning Nigerian football for 2 years enjoying Nigerian team play at the un going U-20 women team? LOL!!!

As it stands now, we will most likely meet the koreansas they are on top of the group since they got maximum points from their previous matches. So i will harzard a guess of Mexico VS USA (Parapo since they are of the same continent) and Naija VS Korea.

The koreans were champions in 2006 and finalists in 2008, with so much pedigree at this stage; we will have our hands full in the quarter-finals, no doubt.

hmm, i disagree o cause as it stands (US 1 Korea 0 with abt 10 mins left) we will most likely meet US as this win will give them 7pts to Korea's 6pts to top the grp.

I'm not doubting them as such. I mean bigger upsets have happened. And it's fine, it's not really so much better to have to face Korea Rep. We can do it. But out of the 4 editions of the competition that have held, the US has won 2, and they ARE the current defending champions.

However, that being said, they are beatable if the team doesn't psych themselves out like I have. It's doable. I pray. tongue

Can somebody teach the Nigerian coaches for the falconettes that there's a reason for a substitution? undecided

I mean that old man changed players like two times throughout the whole match and that was for the injured or weak ones.

Coaches change players to bring in fresh legs and those girls were simply tired and that was why Mexico equalized.

The officiating of the match wasn't good. The ref lacked positioning and was always in the way of passes during the game.

The referee was always at the wrong place, she didn't even call a foul a good number of times.

It was kind of unusual.
