Been feeling sharp and stabbing pain in my lower back (the underside of my ribs) with inability to breathe in properly coupled with body ache and fever

Reason why I asked is maybe anything might show up from the reading relating to the symptoms I stated above. to add, I did an xray scan on my chest and abdomen region. but the result isnt out until monday.
