An NGO Orji Uzor Kalu Foundation has announced the date for its 2019 Igbere Cultural Festival. This celebration is expected to take place at Camp Neya Arena Igbere, the hometown of the founder of the Foundation Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu, the former governor of the state on 2nd January 2019.
