I think the anti spam bot did. Your adverts (contacts) are only allowed in certain section of this site, if you place an advert on a wrong section/thread your post will not only be removed, you will also be banned.

Oh please I wasn't advertising. I was dropping my number so someone who wanted to sell a modem could contact me. The way nairaland is these days, one has to hold his breath before posting with the fear of getting banned. Thanx to mr antispam bot

Thanks alot. But another issue is that the post gets deleted(very painful). I really think the bot is great should be tweaked down a little bit.

I am not in charge of the home page topics, that said, you will not find any thread on the home page with the topic misleading from the original story. Prove me wrong and show me one.

Someone posted a thread titled "Tinubu Is Critically Ill And Has Been Flown Out Of The Country?" https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-751239.0.html ; you posted on the thread and went to start another thread with exactly the same story and change the title to "Tinubu Flee's Nigeria. . . . . . . . . ." https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-751255.0.html . how is that not mischievous and misleading of you?

I locked the thread not because of the title you changed (which I have reversed), but because someone else started the same story before you and we do not permit 2 threads with the same story. The rule is to let the earlier stand and lock the later.

I do not trade insults, I will let this insult pass, but stop it in your own interest.

How do you report an Anti Spam bot ban. Is it necessary to create a new ID? Cos I can't understand why it takes more than three days to get unbanned after been unnecessarily auto-banned by a robot.

You should have made the complaint since the 1st day you were banned. And even now you failed to mention your Id that was banned by antispam bot. Can we have the id that was banned?
